Same Day Dental Implant treatment is carried out under local anaesthesia and so we will ensure that you will not be able to feel any pain throughout the appointment. There are no nerves in the anatomical areas where the implants will be placed, unlike when treating teeth, therefore many patients find it a lot more comfortable than other dental treatments. If patients are worried about the procedure, it can also be carried out under sedation. We will be there for you through every step of the way.

Which Full Arch Option Is Right For You?
Whether you're replacing a full arch of missing teeth or looking for a more secure alternative to dentures, there are two main treatment options available. At Infinity Dental Clinic, we'll help you choose the solution that's best suited to your smile, lifestyle and long-term goals.
Your full arch treatment options include:
Implant Retained Dentures
Secured using 2–4 dental implants, offering significantly greater stability than traditional dentures while remaining removable for cleaning.
Fixed Implant Bridge
A permanent, non-removable solution supported by 4–6 dental implants, designed to look, feel and function like natural teeth.
Tailored To You
Every treatment is carefully planned around your individual anatomy, smile and bite to achieve the most natural-looking result.
Long-Term Confidence
Both options restore your ability to eat, speak and smile with comfort and confidence.
Expertly Planned
Your treatment is designed by our experienced implant team using advanced digital planning and the world's leading Straumann® implant system.
ALL-ON-FOUR OR ALL-ON-SIX?
How Many Dental Implants Will I Need?
The number of dental implants required depends on your individual smile, bone structure and long-term goals. While some patients are suitable for implant retained dentures, others benefit from a permanently fixed implant bridge using All-on-Four or All-on-Six. During your consultation, we'll recommend the option that's right for you.
Your treatment may include:
Implant Retained Dentures
Typically supported by 2 implants in the lower jaw or 4 implants in the upper jaw for improved stability while remaining removable.
All-on-Four
A permanently fixed full arch supported by four strategically placed dental implants.
All-on-Six
Six dental implants provide additional support where bone volume and anatomy allow.
Personalised Treatment Planning
Every smile is different, so the number of implants recommended will depend on your individual needs and anatomy.
Expert Digital Planning
Advanced 3D imaging allows us to precisely plan your treatment for predictable, long-lasting results.

Your Questions, Answered
Have questions about dental implants? We've answered some of the most common queries below to help you feel informed and confident before starting your treatment journey.
With this particular treatment option, the initial treatment can all be provided on the same day. Both the Dental Implants and the immediate replacement teeth can be fitted at the same time. The treatment would usually commence at 8.00am and can often be completed by around 2.00pm. Throughout the treatment our patients may choose to be sedated for a more relaxed and comfortable experience.
By the end of the day, our patients will leave with a full arch of fixed dental implant teeth to provide a functional and aesthetic smile.
Although these initial teeth are fixed in place and will still be aesthetic, they are ‘prototype teeth’, which are designed to last until the final restoration. The full integration of the dental implants and gum healing will take approximately 6 months. For this reason, the ‘final’ permanent teeth are made after 6 months. At this stage we simply replace the initial teeth with the final teeth. This is a simple appointment that does not require any further surgery.
Here at Infinity Dental Clinic we work hard to find a solution that meets all our patients expectations on desired outcome both clinically and financially.
